Hyperbole, Issue #002 -- World Class Poetry Updates And Blog Kick Off October 21, 2007 |
| Greetings Poets If you've been watching World Class Poetry this past month then you'll know that I've been updating the pages. You'll see more Amazon.com banner ads. I hope you don't mind. The ads are there partly to add some graphic element to the otherwise dry pages, but they're also there to encourage my readers and viewers to explore poetic books on the market. I try to recommend books that I have some knowledge of, but that is not always possible. I encourage you to click through and learn more about the books I recommend and make a few purchases if you see any that you might like. I do get a small commission on each purchase. The money goes to help me pay my $300/year hosting account.
World Class Poetry UpdatesSpecifically, some of the pages that have been updated this month (and it's been more than just the ads) include:
World Class Poetry BlogHave you read the World Class Poetry Blog? Every day I post a new post to the blog about some aspect of poetry. It might be a poetry review, it might be some insight into a new poetic form I've discovered, or a technique that you might try in your own poetry. Read the blog and feel free to leave a comment - I love it when people leave a comment on my blog! Let me know what you think.
World Class Poetry ReviewsGot a book or chapbook you want reviewed? Let me know. Send me a note to my contact form and I'll let you know all the details. If I like your book or chapbook then I'll review it on my blog and on World Class Poetry's review pages. Pass the word along to your friends.
World Class Poetry NetworkingDo you network? If so, add me to your friends. I am a member at several network and bookmarking sites and I'd be delighted to add you to my friends list. Add me to yours. My profiles are listed below:
Facebook = Allen Taylor I have a MySpace profile but I haven't looked at it in awhile. I plan to set up another one soon. It will be under a different nickname. So stay tuned.
The EndThat's all I have for now. I can hardly wait for the next issue of Hyperbole where I'll share more updates. Pass this newsletter on to your friends. Spread the word! |
